The Herd of Two Guided Healing Community

A trauma-informed somatic healing experience

This work changes lives—not by pushing people through fear, but by teaching the body how to feel safe again.

The Herd of Two Guided Healing Community is the first guided healing community of its kind, created specifically for people who have experienced horse-related trauma and are ready to heal fully, safely, and at the level where trauma actually lives: the nervous system and the body.

This is not mindset work alone.
This is not exposure therapy.
This is not “just get back on the horse.”

This is trauma-informed, body-based healing designed to restore trust—within yourself, your body, and your relationship with horses.

Created by Someone Who Has Walked This Path

This work was created by Shelby Stewart, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, co-founder of Cowboy Campus University, and a survivor of severe horse-related trauma.

This community was born from lived experience, professional training, and a deep understanding of how trauma impacts the body, brain, breath, and sense of safety—both on the ground and in the saddle.

Every practice is informed by:

  • Somatic body-based healing

  • Breathwork and nervous system regulation

  • Yoga and embodied movement

  • Epigenetics and neuroscience

  • Trauma-informed education and integration

Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced.
You are guided—step by step.
